{ Renee Rotundo - Naturopath and Therapeutic Massage }

Renee is a highly skilled practitioner at Brunswick Holistic Health, offering both therapeutic Massage and Naturopathy. 

Renee completed her training in Remedial Massage and Myotherapy at RMIT in 2014 and has since gained extensive experience in clinical, sports, and spa environments. Her passion for massage began after it successfully eliminated her own chronic headaches while she was in school. This sparked a deep interest in trigger point therapy and the nervous system's response to relaxation. To further her holistic approach, she also completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy at Torrens University, allowing her to treat the root causes of symptoms and empower patients to take control of their health.

In her treatments, Renee utilizes medium to firm pressure, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial release, and joint mobility to address various musculoskeletal conditions. As a therapeutic Massage therapist she specializes in:

  - Remedial and Sports Massage
  - Trigger Point Therapy
  - Pregnancy Massage
  - Neck and Shoulder Pain

As a Naturopath, she has a particular interest in:

  - Gastrointestinal health (dysbiosis and food sensitivities)
  - Immune function (allergic and auto-immune conditions)
  - Inflammatory skin conditions (acne and eczema)

During your Naturopathic consultation, Renee may use holistic examinations such as iridology, diet assessments, and functional testing to collaborate with you on a personalised treatment plan.
